A local State Farm agency is looking for the ideal candidate to join our team as a Personal Assistant and Marketing Representative.
Our perfect match will be outgoing, energetic, smart, quick-thinking,multi tasker who is willing to rise to new challenges.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
? Managing Agent Calendar & scheduling client appointments with Agent
? Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping our clients
? Help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
? Sell Agent?s Vision and live mission
? Trustworthy and Loyal
? Help free up Agent to focus on business; networking, planning and F/S appointments
? Assisting Agent with appointment preparation and client follow up
? Managing Agency Production Tracker & Bonus Programs
? Quicken entry (Agency Business and PFA Accounts)
? Miscellaneous errands and projects
? Execution, Enhancement and Tracking of Agency Marketing Plan
From general management of Direct Mail to Community Events
Applicant Requirements:
? Enthusiastic attitude, optimistic personality
? Strong ability to multi-task and problem solve
? Previous experiences that demonstrate ability to manage in fast paced environment
? Results and goal oriented ? both tasks, projects and sales activities
? Well organized, resourceful and highly detailed
? Excellent writing, speaking and professional communication skills
? Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
? Take charge attitude with exemplary initiative
? Creativity a plus
? P/T or F/T position (Job Share Available) Compensation is base + bonus
