We are looking for a smart software engineer who can communicate well and has a track record of building deep software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java (server and client side), Databases, Servlets, Hibernate, Artificial Intelligence, and User Interfaces (but none of these are strictly required). Equally important is the ability to jump into problem domains and envision technical solutions in terms of their impact on the end user.
